  • What is chiropractic care?

Chiropractic care is a healthcare approach that focuses on diagnosing and correcting misalignments in the spine through manual adjustments. This non-invasive technique aims to enhance the body's natural healing abilities and optimize overall function. Chiropractors primarily concentrate on spinal health, as it plays a crucial role in overall well-being. Treatment plans are tailored to each patient's specific needs and may include various methods such as manual adjustments or spinal decompression, all without the need for surgery.
  • What can I expect at my first appointment?

Your initial visit to Dynamic Chiropractic involves a thorough examination that typically takes about 40 minutes. To streamline the process, we recommend completing your new patient health intake forms before arrival. Following the examination, our doctors will assess your condition and develop an appropriate treatment plan. If you're seeking expert chiropractic care in the area, don't hesitate to reach out to us.

  • What conditions do you treat?

At Dynamic Chiropractic, our team, led by Dr. Stephanie and Dr. Kaleb, offers a range of treatments for various conditions. We address issues such as back pain, neck pain, lower back pain, mid-back pain, headaches, joint pain (including shoulders and knees), sciatica, arthritis, postural problems, sports injuries, and more. Our chiropractors employ diverse techniques to alleviate pain by targeting the root cause of your discomfort.
  • What ages do you treat? Do you treat babies and children?

As a family-oriented chiropractic practice, we provide care for patients of all ages, from newborns to individuals over 99 years old. Our expertise extends to both pediatric and prenatal care, ensuring comprehensive treatment for the entire family.
  • Do you treat pregnant women?

Yes, we do. Our pregnancy chiropractors are trained in the Webster technique, specifically designed for expectant mothers. We use specially designed tables that allow pregnant patients to lie comfortably on their stomachs without putting pressure on the baby. This ensures safe and comfortable chiropractic adjustments throughout pregnancy.

  • How long does a chiropractic session last?

Typically, a chiropractic session at our practice lasts between 10 to 15 minutes. However, this duration may vary depending on the specific condition being treated and the individual treatment plan. We encourage you to contact our chiropractors to schedule your initial appointment and discuss your needs.

  • How many sessions will I need, and how often should I come for appointments?

The number of required sessions and frequency of appointments vary based on individual conditions and responses to treatment. Some patients experience relief after a few sessions, while others may require longer-term care. Unlike many practices, we don't use care plan contracts. Instead, our doctors provide personalized recommendations for treatment frequency based on their examination findings. We invite you to call and speak directly with Dr. Stephanie or Dr. Kaleb to schedule your first visit.

  • What is non-surgical spinal decompression therapy?

Non-surgical spinal decompression therapy is a gentle treatment specifically designed for individuals suffering from disc injuries, herniations, bulges, or pinched nerves. This therapy utilizes a specialized table that applies traction to the neck or lower back area, alleviating pressure on the spine or nerves. The goal is to help disc bulges or herniations return to their original position. For expert chiropractic care, including spinal decompression therapy, our team is here to assist you.
  • Do you accept my insurance?

We're in-network with several health insurance providers, including Aetna, Independence, Horizon BCBS, Wellpoint (formerly Amerigroup), United Health Care, Medicare, and Amerihealth. However, we're not in-network with UnitedHealthCare Community Plan/Dual Complete Plan, Aetna Better Health, Cigna, or Horizon NJ Health. If you don't see your insurance listed, please contact us to discuss alternative options with Dr. Stephanie or Dr. Kaleb.

  • Do I have to sign a contract to receive care?

Unlike many chiropractic offices, we don't require patients to sign contracts committing to long-term, expensive care plans. Our approach is visit-by-visit, adjusting the frequency of treatments as you improve. We focus on delivering results without pressure, contracts, or sales pitches. Our priority is your health and well-being.
